Hey pal,

Good job on getting moving and setting goals. A half marathon is completely within your reach! When I did my first one I used the following program on my first 1/2 and it worked really well. Get yourself to the point where you can run 4 miles and then start this program 12 weeks prior to the race. Keep us posted.

I have an idea: come visit NYC and we'll "go on a run in Central Park" and by that, I mean we'll go to Cafe Lalo and drink wine and eat cake. Seriously when are you coming to visit???
